With our inventive and impassioned chef overseeing the entire experience, the extensively researched menu evolves over the entirety of the walk, with careful thought put into the developing mood, spirit and physical condition of the individual and group. Each day is different, with new ingredients and ideas unfolding on the plate. 

High-end culinary philosophies and techniques are cleverly balanced with the practicalities of dining in remote locations, and the result is every meal being presented with panache and poise. Energising snacks such as fruits, trail mix and bliss balls, are provided along the walk, while your host prepares scented cleansing face towels, abundant grazing platters and refreshing beverages to greet you upon arrival to each camp daily. Fine wine and drinks are served at all occasions. 

The kitchen embraces the local produce and market gardens found dotted along the trail path, using only the very best and freshest of ingredients. A growing program of house made pickles, preserves, relishes and condiments are stocked and used throughout the walk – Preserving and learning from the traditions of the region’s strong history of country kitchen cooking.
