Luggage porterage is an optional add-on.
Many walkers use the Scenic Rim Trail to train for other hikes and as such prefer to carry their gear so starting in 2025, we are giving you the option.
If you would like your luggage portered each day so all you carry is a day pack the cost is $400 per bag. You can share a bag between two.
If you have not done a multi-day walk carrying a full pack before you will need to do extensive training to prepare yourself.
Please advise reservations at time of booking.
You can add luggage porterage up to 30 days prior to departure.
We highly recommend booking a pre-stay at Hidden Peaks, which is located on the same property as the meeting point. Hidden Peaks is also your final night of the 4-day walk. Check-in is from 2pm and transfers from Brisbane can be arranged.
If you are self-driving, you can drive all the way to Hidden Peaks following the signage. The roads on the property are unsealed farm roads so if you have a low set car, please let us know so we can make arrangements.
