Fireside Platter – Make at Home
For those who have walked with us you know how much we love a platter so we thought we would share some chef tips so you can replicate at home.
Platter ingredients
- Blue cheese
- Vegan cashew cream cheese
- Oven warmed feta cheese sprinkled with black pepper
- Red grapes
- Smoked almonds and prunes
- Quality sliced salumi
- Warmed olives
- Small pot of honey with twirl wooden spoon
- Pickled zucchini
- Capsicum and celery sticks
- Assortment of crackers
- Honeydew or Rockmelon
Styling
- A long wooden board or similar
- Differently sized bowls for display
- Cheese knives, honey wooden twirl
