For team stays the Retreats are split into tiers, each tier has a different team rate.

• In order to secure a booking and verify your eligibility to the benefit, please email the relevant reservation team via the designated email address shown above (see the Rates by Tiers tab)
• Use the template provided in full and cc your leaders work email into the email (must be a Salter Bros, Spicers, or EG email).
• All bookings must come through the respective hotel reservations team
• The employee for whom the Personal Staff rate booking has been made must be present upon check in and staying at the hotel.
• Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be required to show photo ID to verify the booking.
• Please note that whilst we love to accommodate our people on employee rates, bookings will only be accepted where the rooms would otherwise remain unoccupied.

• All requests are subject to availability – Blackout Dates and Length of Stay restrictions may apply subject to demand
• Employee must be personally travelling / attending restaurant
• Room rate includes breakfast
• Tier 1 all inclusive properties include room and food only
• F&B only bookings are capped at maximum of 8 persons, unless GM approval is sought
• Maximum night’s stay and room number limits apply, as per indicated in the table above
• 2 persons per room max
• Rates are Bed and Breakfast (except for Tier 1 properties that includes room, breakfast, lunch and dinner (food only)
• Credit card in profile to secure the booking – charged on arrival
• Any Employee / Family & Friends bookings can only be confirmed within 90 days of arrival
• Cancellation policy – 7 days – all properties
• Booking terms and conditions are subject to change without notice

Please note: A senior agent from the respective reservations team will call to confirm your credit card details over the phone and personalise your stay (never send bank card details on email).

How does it work?

• In order to secure a booking and verify your eligibility to the benefit, please email the relevant hotel via the designated email address, using the template completed in full. Please cc in your leader’s work email (must be a Salter Bros, Spicers, or EG email).
• IMPORTANT – Following your confirmed booking with the hotel, you must email our People and Culture leader to obtain a Letter of Employment, to verify your eligibility for this benefit.
• Please email: [email protected] and Mel will return the completed letter to you, which will need to be presented at check in.
• IHG employee discounted rates are calculated in USD and will be converted into the appropriate AUD rate upon reservation confirmation.
• Reservation requests may only be made up to 90 days in advance.
• Please note room rates are subject to availability. Rates are room only and exclude breakfast.
• 2 rooms max.
